Why Parents Love Our Off Campus Housing

The Lodge at Allendale is an all-inclusive, amenity-filled student living facility, including a stylish clubhouse, individual and group study lounges, computer labs, fitness studio, resort-style pool, game room, fire pit, beach volleyball court, and more. All of these amenities means your student will want to spend their time with us!

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, walk-in closet, mattress, bed with storage, nightstand, desk, and chair. Each unit is fully furnished with a sofa, lounge chair, flat screen TV, coffee table, entertainment console, bar stools, washer, dryer, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and more.

Since The Lodge at Allendale is rented by the bed, you are only responsible for your student’s rent. You will not be responsible for the rent of their roommates at any time. Should their roommate move out before their lease ends, rest assured you are not responsible for any portion of their rent.

If your student has applied for housing but doesn't have a particular roommate in mind — don't worry! Our Roommate Matching services are designed to find a tenant with similar lifestyle preferences as your student.

No Guarantor? No Problem, The Lodge at Allendale offers Leap as an option! Leap is a quick and easy process that fills in for a guarantor or parent co-signer. Leap's application is free online and takes around 5 minutes to complete. You will get a conditional decision within 30 minutes during normal business hours. Click here to apply or contact the office for more information.

The Lodge at Allendale is located across the street from the university, which means your student can easily walk or bike along West Campus Drive to and from class. After class, your student can stop by Menna's Joint or Murphy's Family Restuarant for a meal. For late night study sessions in our study lounges, our residents can grab a sweet treat from Insomnia Cookies — it's just a 5-minute walk away. Family Fare Supermarket is also nearby for all of your student's grocery shopping needs.

Our student living facility is staffed with a professional management team for peace of mind. Whether it is to notify your student when they receive a package or to take care of a maintenance request, we are always here to help. Our team regularly plans and hosts fun events to keep our students engaged and involved.

Making sure your student excels in college is our top priority. Each unit has Wi-Fi throughout and each bedroom is fully furnished, including a desk and chair. Additionally, we have individual and group study lounges with printers and a coffee bar to keep your student on top of their school work and on track to graduate.

Yes. The property’s policy is included here for family occupants with a child(ren) under the age of eighteen (18) who is domiciled with (i) at least one parent, legal guardian, or another person having legal custody of the child under the age of eighteen, or (ii) the designee of such parent or other person having such custody, with the written permission of such parent or other person. For family households with children, all household members age eighteen (18) or older must: (A) complete an application, and (B) sign the lease as a Resident. For family households with children under the age of eighteen (18), at least two (2) people will be permitted to occupy a single bedroom. If a family household with children under the age of eighteen (18) requires additional occupancy per bedroom, additional occupants may be allowed on a case-by-case basis based on factors including, but not limited to, the size of the bedroom(s) and unit, age of the children, the configuration of the unit, any physical limitations of the property, and local occupancy codes. If the child occupant reaches eighteen (18) years of age during the term of the lease, the lease will be allowed to complete its term, but renewal will only be offered in compliance with the occupancy policy as stated. Child occupants who are under twenty-four (24) months at the time the lease is signed will not be counted under the occupancy policy for purposes of maximum occupancy but will be counted for subsequent leases if they reach the age of twenty-four (24) months during the term of the lease. The Landlord has the right to lease any empty bedroom(s). Families should contact the office directly regarding the application for family households, as this process varies from individual leasing and the required forms are not all available electronically.
